Vit’Vinif has recently completed the installation of a full brewery in Spain, in Antequera (province of Malaga), for Cervecería El Guiri, founded by John and María.
The project includes:
- A 500-liter brewhouse, designed to ensure flexibility and efficiency in brewing.
- 500-liter isobaric fermenters, allowing direct carbonation and ensuring high-quality conditioning.
- A cooling system adapted to production and fermentation needs, guaranteeing stability and consistency of the beers.
With this installation, Cervecería El Guiri now has a modern and efficient tool to produce its craft recipes in the heart of Andalusia.
