Description
VITVINIF conical fermenters with FERIM code are truncated-cone tanks specially designed for pressure fermentation of beer or other beverages.
These conical fermenters are designed with a 60° conical bottom and with a total drain valve and a clear draft valve specially positioned to meet the needs of the specific production process for fermented beverages such as beer.
Nevertheless, they can be used for the production of any pressurized beverage whose process requires a 60° conical bottom.
Our fermenters are manufactured to the highest industrial and environmental standards.
Fermenters are always fitted with a top access door: a front door can be added, and the position of accessories can be modified on request.
We recommend purchasing the version with cooling jacket and thermal insulation to improve the production process.
FERIM is made in 304L stainless steel and 2B finish as standard, but can be made in 2R finish or 316L stainless steel on request.

STANDARD FINISH:
Exterior finish in 2B natural stainless steel / Ra polish <0.8μm;
Interior finish – Ra <0.5 μm;
-2R bright annealed finish available on request
Capacity refers to the useful volume of wort.
The actual volume is about 15-20% higher (e.g.: 500L = + / – 600L).
