Description
VITVINIF conical fermenters with FERATM code are truncated cone-shaped tanks specially designed for atmospheric pressure fermentation of beer or other beverages.
These fermenters are designed with a 60° conical bottom and a full drain valve and a clear draft valve specially positioned to meet the needs of the specific production process for fermented beverages such as beer.
Nevertheless, it can be used in the production process of other beverages, such as Kombuctha.
Our fermenters are manufactured to the highest industrial standards, and the position of accessories can be modified on request.
Fermenters are always fitted with a top access door: a front door can be added on request.
FERATM is manufactured in 304L stainless steel and 2B finish as standard, but can be supplied in 2R finish or 316L stainless steel on request.

STANDARD FINISH:
Exterior finish in natural 2B stainless steel / Ra polish <0.8μm;
Interior finish – Ra <0.5 μm;
-2R bright annealed finish available on request
Capacity refers to the useful volume of wort.
The actual volume is about 15-20% higher (e.g.: 500L = + / – 600L).
