Description
The QT-TopHeat steam generator is designed to produce steam for cleaning and sterilizing tanks, barrels, pipes and other cellar equipment. The units are built with a stainless steel chassis, equipped with wheels. The steam generator is used in breweries and other small-capacity food processing plants.
The water in the QT-TopHeat tank (40 liters at 100% capacity, or 20 liters at 50%) is heated until steam is produced. The time required varies from 15 to 20 minutes (example of QT-TopHeat 18 with 40 liters of water). Once the steam production temperature has been reached, power can be reduced throughout the operating phase, which can last from 1 hour (example of QT-TopHeat 18 set to 18 kW) to 1 ½ hours (example of QT-TopHeat 18 set to 12 kW). When the tank is completely empty, the machine can be refilled to continue the cleaning cycle.
