Description
VITVINIF tanks with CES code correspond to the basic gas boiling model.
This model is designed with a flat base and must be used with our specially designed support, which guarantees good weight distribution.
The reservoir is equipped with valves, a thermometer and a washing sphere, which can be connected to an external washing system for reservoir disinfection.
Being a boiling tank, it incorporates a tangential side inlet for the Whirlpool phase of the process.
Like the rest of our production, CES tanks are manufactured to the highest industrial and environmental standards.
Made of 304L stainless steel and finished with high-quality European-produced stainless steel.

Exterior finish in 2B natural stainless steel / Ra polish <0.8μm;
Interior finish – Ra <0.5 μm;
2R bright annealed finish available on request
