\nEquipped with an intuitive control panel, this tank makes it easy to monitor and regulate temperature throughout the various stages of the process, thanks to an integrated thermostat.<\/p>\n
The tank design features a 60\u00b0 conical cap and a \u00d8154 outlet with chimney and side condensation pipe, specially adapted to craft beer production.
\nEquipped with a specific system to create a vortex effect, this tank concentrates solid particles at the bottom at the end of the process, facilitating subsequent settling of a clearer must for cooling prior to fermentation.<\/p>\n
